Overview
Clay Wash is an Associate in the Alabama office and a Financial Institutions practice group member. He is an alumnus of Bressler’s summer associate program. As a summer associate, he co-authored a 2020 FINRA update for the American Bar Association.
Clay earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, Clay served as Executive Editor of the Alabama Law Review, was a quarterfinalist and board member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Competition and competed on the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team. Clay was awarded Order of the Coif and the Dean M. Leigh Harrison Award.
Before joining Bressler, Clay served as a law clerk to the Honorable Emily C. Marks of the Middle District of Alabama.
