Brett Baker

Brett is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Defense practice group. Prior to working with Bressler’s first-party property insurance defense team, Brett gained more than three years of experience on the plaintiff's side of the personal injury realm. He has tangible experience working on all types of injury cases including motor-vehicle negligence matters, premises liability, sexual assault, mass torts and class actions, and maritime cases, including cruise ship and personal watercraft injuries.                         

Brett received his juris doctorate from New York Law School and his bachelor’s in Sports Management, with a minor in Business, from The University of Texas at Austin.
