Corey J. Roberts

Corey Roberts is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Defense practice group in our Fort Lauderdale office. Corey focuses his practice on civil litigation with a specialization in first party insurance defense and pre-litigation investigations and evaluations.

Prior to joining Bressler, Corey worked at a national insurance defense firm in Tampa, Florida where he represented various surplus lines insurers in complex first-party insurance matters throughout the state of Florida. Corey has experience in first-party matters involving disasters, wind/hail, fraud, theft, appraisal, and plumbing failures in both residential and commercial properties.

During law school, Corey served as the Student Bar Association president and secretary and received Rookie of the Year for the Dispute Resolution Board. He also gained experience as an intern to the Honorable Cory J. Ciklin for the Fourth Circuit District Court of Appeal and as a Judicial intern to the Honorable Sean P. Flynn for the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
