Overview
Jada Satchell is an Associate in our firm’s Insurance and Financial Institutions practice groups, and an alumnus of Bressler’s summer associate program. She primarily represents insurers in a wide range of complex coverage disputes and contestable life insurance claims. Jada is committed to delivering practical legal solutions and protecting clients' interests both in and out of the courtroom.
Jada is also an active participant in the firm’s pro bono efforts, volunteering her time to assist self-represented litigants with domestic disputes, including child custody and divorce proceedings, helping them navigate the complexities of the family court system.
Jada earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the North Carolina Central University School of Law. While in law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Science and Intellectual Property Law Review and received the 2023 Science and Intellectual Property Law Review Publication Award for her article, "Take One for the Team: How the NCCA Can Secure a Win for College Athletes' Intellectual Property Rights." Jada was also honored with the Judge Herbert L. Richardson Award for Outstanding Service and the Floyd B. McKissick Award for Leadership and Scholarship. Jada currently serves her alma mater as an alumni advisor, offering insight and support to faculty and students.

In her spare time, Jada enjoys participating in service initiatives as a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, and tutoring current law students. When she is not volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her parents and twin sister.
