Overview
Jessica is an associate in the firm’s Securities practice group. She has more than six years of legal experience working a variety of different cases from personal injury to insurance claims. She has litigated ERISA cases in Alabama, as well as Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Kentucky and California. Her experience in ERISA cases allowed for a successful Motion to Dismiss in a case of first impression in Arkansas. She has also represented plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury claims, including major trucking accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice.
Jessica received her law degree from Wake Forest University and her bachelor’s in Engineering Science and Economics from Vanderbilt University.
