Overview
Krista Elsasser is a principal in the firm’s Insurance Litigation group. Her practice focuses on first party property insurance defense and pre-litigation investigations and evaluations.
Prior to joining Bressler, Krista dedicated her practice exclusively to defending insurance carriers in first party property actions across South Florida.
Krista received her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan after completing her third year of legal studies as a visiting student at the University of Miami School of Law. During her legal studies, Krista served as a member of Wayne Law’s Moot Court Team where she was awarded Best Team Advocate and Second Place Oralist. Prior to attending law school, Krista spent several years as a Personal Banker at a community financial institution in her hometown of Ann Arbor, MI.
