Overview

Mary Beth is Counsel in our firm’s Litigation practice area. She has 30 years of prosecuting and defending high exposure personal injury, property damage, construction, automobile, and premises liability matters from inception to resolution by way of settlements, trials, and appeals. She has a high achievement regarding risk transfer related to indemnification and insurance coverage.

Mary Beth started practicing by representing the largest privately owned commercial builder/landowner in the State of New Jersey. Throughout her career, she has a high achievement in obtaining favorable arbitration, motions, and pre-trial settlements.  During law school, Mary Beth interned for three Superior Court Judges in the Bergen County Superior Court.  As a result of a highly competitive selection process, she was selected by the Counsel on Legal Education Opportunity to attend Georgetown University Law Center.
