Overview

Rachael has extensive experience working as an intern and law clerk in New Jersey’s Supreme, Appellate, Trial, and Municipal courts. Before joining Bressler, Rachael gained experience at a well-respected commercial litigation law firm as an associate and working for Judge Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. as a law clerk. Her experience has included intense research, leading a team on complex discovery issues, advising clients on anticipated outcomes, drafting pre-litigation documents and motions and much more. She additionally received extensive statutory drafting experience as a Legislative Law Clerk for the New Jersey Law Revision Commission that she brings into each experience working with statutory language.

Rachael received her J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School, where she served as IT Editor of the Rutgers Law Record. During her second and third years of law school she provided legal assistance to local families as a member of the Education and Health Law Clinic. Rachael holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from William Paterson University’s Honors College, where she triple majored in Legal Studies, English, and Political Science.
