Overview

Rodney Nelson is an associate in the firm's Cannabis practice area.  He also assists in the Insurance & Healthcare Regulatory Compliance & Transactional Group, as well as the Securities Group, where he has developed strong research skills.  Rodney's unique talent as an attorney is his ability to work closely with clients to develop creative solutions to drive progress.

Prior to joining Bressler, Rodney worked as a judicial extern at a for Justice Abbi Silver in the Las Vegas State Supreme Court. He received his B.S. in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2018, graduating cum laude, and he received his J.D. from Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. in 2021.

While earning his B.S., Rodney worked as a Retail Store Manager, and he volunteered in the city by helping underprivileged youth.
