Overview
Taylor L. Oxley is an Associate in our firm’s Commercial Litigation group.
Taylor is an alumna of the 2023 Bressler summer associate program. Prior to the summer associate program, Taylor was a law clerk at Abdnour Weiker (formerly Elizabeth Abdnour Law), a legal researcher at Tulane Law School, and a Judicial Intern at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit for the Honorable Judge James L. Dennis.
Taylor earned her J.D. from Tulane Law School in 2024, where she was a Student Attorney in Tulane’s Criminal Justice Clinic and a Senior Managing Editor of Tulane Law School’s The Sports Lawyers Journal. In 2023, she was named a “Pro Bono Rising Star,” and in 2024 she was inducted into Tulane Law School’s “Pro Bono Krewe” for her commitment to pro bono work during law school. While at Tulane, Taylor was also a recipient of the Cali Excellence for the Future Award.
Before attending law school, Taylor received her B.A. in Sociology and Psychology, and Minor in Social Justice, cum laude, from Bucknell University in 2021. While at Bucknell, Taylor was a four-year Division One Track and Field Athlete and a Captain of the Bucknell Women’s Track and Field team. At graduation, Taylor was awarded the Meerwarth Prize for Sociology in Action for her social justice advocacy work in the local community.
