Recent Updates to CFP Board Procedural Rules

Bressler attorneys David Hantman and Alexander Middlemiss recently co-authored an article published in Advisor Perspectives titled, "Recent Updates to CFP Board Procedural Rules." In the article, they discuss the revised Procedural Rules adopted by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., which address procedures for investigating alleged misconduct and enforce the CFP Board’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct.
