Article: In Saavedra, NJ Supreme Court can reexamine its Quinlanholding and reaffirm the rule of law
The N.J. Supreme Court will hear a case that allows it to revisit Quinlan v. Curtiss Wright, where it held that an employee's activity was "protected" when she stole documents from her employer and used them in furtherance of her lawsuit.
