Jordan Weitberg has authored a chapter in the New York University 78th Institute on Federal Taxation, a collection of 22 scholarly and practical articles on some of the hottest areas in federal tax law, written by America’s leading tax experts. Jordan’s chapter, “Changing Trust Structures in the Modern World: Opportunities and Pitfalls,” is part of the Trust & Estates section of the publication, and is a follow-up to the lectures he gave in New York and San Francisco in October and November of 2019.
NYU’s Institute of Federal Taxation publication is a two volume loose leaf publication that has been issues for 45 years. It is currently published by Matthew Bender Elite Products and LexisNexis, and is also available as an e-book.
