Two U.S. Supreme Court Cases Will Affect the Securities Industry

Principal Tara LaClair published an alert in which she provided an overview on two Supreme Court opinions which will provide a long term effect on the way securities industry matters are handled. This includes increased litigation with the SEC, increased costs of litigation, quicker resolutions for smaller matters and possible difficulties for the SEC's enforcement of fraud rules.
