The firm is bolstering its Florham Park office and adding a mother-daughter estate planning law team to enhance its practice groups.

Florham Park, NJ (June 26, 2024)  – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is excited to announce that attorneys Anita Siegel, Randi Siegel Weniger, Samantha Baccaro, Erica Litvak, and Brencis Navia have joined the Florham Park office. Their expertise in Trust and Estates, Insurance and Healthcare Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate and Commercial Transactions significantly enhances Bressler's service offerings.

Frederick Schoenbrodt, II, Management Committee Chair and Managing Principal of the New Jersey Office expressed his enthusiasm about the new additions and stated, "We are thrilled to welcome five exceptional additions to the firm. As our growth continues, we are more equipped than ever to provide sophisticated, comprehensive guidance in estate planning, business planning, corporate and commercial matters, and tax-related matters for our clients, particularly business owners and high-net-worth individuals.

The firm recently announced the addition of five other attorneys in Florida, Texas, and Alabama, showing its commitment to expanding its presence to better serve clients across various industries and practices. With these new hires, the firm has welcomed 14 new attorneys in 2024, highlighting Bressler's strategic growth and enhanced services following recent leadership restructuring.

Regarding the addition of the mother-daughter estate planning team, Schoenbrodt, who leads the firm's Private Wealth practice, said, "This expansion of our Private Wealth practice, with Anita and Randi, provides even more resources and expertise for servicing the estate planning needs of our clients and their families. Their addition will also strengthen our growing tax, charitable organizations law and estate administration practices."

The firm's growth is steady and deliberate, focusing on hiring lawyers who share the firm's values and contribute to the firm's culture of striving to raise the bar. These additions demonstrate Bressler's unwavering commitment to meeting clients' evolving needs.

Anita Siegel joins the firm as Principal in the Trusts and Estates practice. She has more than 44 years of legal experience focusing on taxation, estate planning, estate administration and charitable planning. Siegel frequently serves as a lecturer for various professional and civic organizations and has authored many articles. Active in the legal community, she serves as a member of the New Jersey and Morris County Bar Associations and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Tax Sections of the New Jersey Bar, and active member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She earned her law degree and LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law and her undergraduate degree in mathematics from Franklin & Marshall College.

Randi Siegel Weniger joins the firm as Principal in the Trusts and Estates practice. She focuses her practice on estate planning and administration. Siegel Weniger is a Past President and current Board Member of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey and is a member of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She also sits on the Board of Trustees of the JCC of Central NJ and the Gingham Giraffe Preschool. She earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Brown University.

Samantha Baccaro joins the firm as Associate in the Insurance and Healthcare Regulatory Compliance and Transactional practice. She focuses on legal matters related to health insurance policies and claims and has experience handling insurance contracts, providing legal advice to clients on coverage issues, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in litigation related to insurance disputes. Baccaro also advises clients on insurance and healthcare regulatory matters and works on transactional matters, litigation, and reinsurance, as well as general corporate matters.  She represents health insurers, Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), intermediary entities, such as Organized Delivery Systems (ODSs), and third-party administrators as well as other managed care entities. She earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from James Madison University.

Erica G. Litvak joins the firm as an Associate in the firm’s General Litigation practice. Her practice concentrates on the representation of hospitals and other healthcare facilities in a broad range of claims, from wrongful death and personal injury to commercial loss and property disputes. She has experience in all aspects of litigation and comes from a background defending a wide array of healthcare providers in malpractice litigation. After graduating law school, Litvak clerked for the Honorable Mitchell I. Steinhart in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Family Division, where she assisted with judicial review of the non-dissolution docket, domestic violence docket and post-judgment matrimonial matters. She earned her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Villanova University.

Brencis Navia joins the firm as an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Transactions practice focusing on representing businesses in corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, securities and other general corporate matters. While in law school, Navia interned at the United States Securities & Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and the United Stated Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Navia previously worked at large national law firms in New York City before joining the Firm.  He earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School and his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College. He is fluent in Spanish.
