Ethan Byers

Ethan Byers is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Transactions practice group. Ethan has over five years of experience specializing in corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leasing, financing, family office structuring, labor and executive compensation, intellectual property, and outside general counsel matters. He has served as corporate counsel for large and small companies across many industries, providing advice on legal and business matters to help clients protect and grow their businesses.

Ethan is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Virginia, with his Texas license pending. He earned his law degree from Regent University School of Law and his bachelor's in Business Administration from Concordia University, Portland.
