Overview

Nathania has over six years of experience as a seasoned litigator representing an array of corporate clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies, national banks, insurance companies, and financial services companies in complex litigation before state and federal courts. Nathania’s experience includes, but is not limited to, litigation involving a wide range of issues involving contract disputes, consumer and business banking, complex financial transactions, corporate fiduciaries, and commercial and residential mortgage loan defaults.

In addition, Nathania is a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) community and bar leader with experience on the boards of local and national diverse bar associations advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.  Nathania serves as recording secretary on the executive committee of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey and as region III representative for the Hispanic National Bar Association.

She earned her B.A. from Drew University and her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law where she served as co-chair to the Rutgers Law Moot Court Board and Rutgers Law National Moot Court Team.
