Overview
Bressler attorneys from multiple practices and industries are actively assisting businesses on the rapidly evolving Coronavirus/COVID-19 workplace health and operational challenges. We have created a multidisciplinary COVID-19 Task force to better address immediate questions and concerns from clients about planning and responding to the risks associated with the outbreak as it continues to evolve.
Our lawyers are closely monitoring the latest developments and guidance from government and public health authorities and are prepared to provide guidance on planning for and responding to the many issues arising as the virus spreads. The Task Force draws on the expertise across the firm’s practices such Commercial Litigation, Labor and Employment, Financial Institutions, Insurance and Healthcare Regulatory, Cybersecurity, General Litigation and Business and Technology Transactions.
The Bressler COVID-19 task force includes attorneys with practices handling labor and employment, HIPAA and other federal and state privacy laws, cybersecurity and data privacy, banking and finance concerns, immigration, healthcare, public company compliance, business counseling, bankruptcy, contract dispute litigation and insurance recovery matters.
